Our story

Two disciplines. One standard.

Long Island Video Enterprises LIVE, Inc. has been an audio-visual company on Long Island since 1988. We work in two directions, live event production and permanent system installation, and we hold both to the same standard.

Most of the time the measure of our work is that nobody in the room thinks about the technology at all. A meeting starts when it is supposed to, everyone can hear it, the slides are legible from the back row, and the remote audience is in the conversation rather than watching it. Getting to that point is the job.

Our shop is at 110 Pratt Oval in Glen Cove, and our warehouse carries current digital audio-visual equipment for the full range of event production, so most of what a job needs is already ours rather than sub-rented. We work throughout the tri-state area, with an affiliate network for jobs further afield.

What we do

Live events

We are there from the first truck to load-out.

Staging, sound, lighting, projection and video for corporate meetings, galas, awards nights, conferences and fundraisers, in person, virtual or hybrid. Our crew stays on site for the whole of it rather than dropping equipment and leaving you to run it.

Event staging and technology

Permanent installation

Designed around the room, then stood behind.

We design audio-visual systems for the room they are going into, whether that is a conference or training room, an event venue, a school or a house of worship. We handle procurement, install and cable the system, commission and test it, train the people who will use it every day, and back it with a warranty.
