Five regions, one crew list
The same people and the same inventory serve all of it. What changes between a Nassau catering hall and a Manhattan ballroom is the load-in, the timing and the building’s rules, not the standard of the work.
Long Island
The home market, and the one we can be on site in fastest. Corporate campuses, hotels and catering halls, independent schools, houses of worship and hospitals, from the Queens line to the forks.
