We offer creative Audio-Visual solutions and outstanding customer service to ensure that the A/V for your event is smooth and seamless.

LIVE's 6500 square foot warehouse features everything you might need for your event: from small 4 foot screens to major trade shows at the Javits Center, from pharmaceutical meetings at restaurants to major events featuring nationally known speakers and performers.

Long Island Video Enterprises LIVE, Inc. is the only company to think of for all of your Audio Visual rental & staging needs. We have an extensive inventory of state-of-the-art rental equipment available for your event. We pride ourselves on our service: our rental/staging experts will walk you through the equipment that you need – making suggestions for the most efficient use of gear to achieve meet your needs- and your budget!
Our warehouse techs test all equipment as a package before it leaves our shop to ensure that everything is working as it should. Our field technicians will set up your equipment on site and test it at your location to ensure that everything is working properly. If you would like, our on-site technicians can stay and run our equipment during your event, to absolutely ensure that everything works perfectly and that your event goes off without a hitch. Our camera operators and sound technicians can also record your event.

If you need a simple screen and projector rental: that’s a piece of cake. If you have a major event involving staging, sound, video, multiple large screens in multiple rooms (or even multiple venues), LIVE is the company to think of.

LIVE has extensive contacts throughout the restaurant and catering industry. Whether you are planning a major event at one of the major hotels or catering houses or a simple presentation at a restaurant, we have probably been there already, know the facility, and have a working relationship with the managers. If we haven’t been to the location, one of our people will be happy to do a site survey so that we can determine exactly what you will need and how to best set it up.
